# Relatório de Solicitações

De forma muito prática, acessando **Insights & Estratégia > Solicitações**, é possível visualizar os detalhes das solicitações. Trocas, devoluções e garantias exibidas com dados práticos, sintetizados e com precisão. 

Você consegue ver os dados da solicitação, motivos, produtos, totais, histórico de andamentos e também os pagamentos realizados:

É possível filtrar por data e por status da solicitação.

### Exportando para Excel

Basta clicar no botão **Exportar** que o sistema irá preparar em planilha excel todos os dados da solicitação para que você possa baixar e tratar no Excel ou Google Sheets:
