Depois de configurado e testado, você precisa divulgar o site por onde seus clientes poderão solicitar a logística reversa no seu e-commerce.
Geralmente ele é divulgado no rodapé do site com um título **Troque e Devolva**, levando o usuário para uma página com os termos e condições.
Dentro dessa página, você poderá inserir um **botão em destaque** que direciona para o https\://**seusite**.troqueedevolva.com.br

Não esqueça de substituir link pelo subdomínio que você escolheu e confirmar que o link está válido.
