# Integração feita pela Troque e Devolva

## Integração ativa feita pela nossa equipe

A **Troque & Devolva** oferece integração gratuita para novas lojas, desde que a plataforma de e-commerce possua **API aberta e documentada**.

Para que a integração seja realizada, é necessário que sua plataforma disponibilize os seguintes endpoints:

* **Obrigatórios:**
  * Busca de pedidos por número, e-mail ou CPF
  * Retorno completo dos dados do pedido, incluindo os produtos com fotos
* **Opcionais (recomendados):**
  * Criação e consulta de cupons de desconto (vale-trocas)
  * Lançamento de reembolsos parciais ou totais

⚠️ Caso a plataforma não permita a criação de vale-trocas ou o processamento de reembolsos via API, essas ações deverão ser feitas diretamente no painel da sua plataforma.
