# Integrando Braspress

Conte com a praticidade de solicitar a coleta diretamente do painel Troque e Devolva, sem precisar acessar o painel da Braspress.

## Configurando a Braspress

No menu **Configurações > Transportadoras**, clique em **Criar Transportadora**.

Na lista, selecione a transportadora **Braspress** e insira o usuário e senha que você usa para acessar o painel da Braspress: <https://www.braspress.com/area-do-cliente/>.

## Autorizando uma solicitação com pedido de coleta na Braspress

Para autorizar, basta selecionar a Braspress como transportadora:

A Troque e Devolva criará automaticamente a solicitação de coleta e registrará o protocolo no histórico da solicitação:
