# Reenvio de e-mails transacionais

Todos os e-mails transacionais da plataforma permitem que você **faça o reenvio**, seja para o mesmo destinatário ou para outro e-mail que desejar.

## Alterando o e-mail do cliente na solicitação

Se o e-mail do cliente estiver incorreto, você pode [**editar os dados do cliente**](/atendendo-uma-solicitacao/novas-solicitacoes/editando-os-dados-do-consumidor.md) diretamente na solicitação. Assim, **todos os próximos e-mails** serão enviados para o endereço correto.

## Reenviando um e-mail

Acesse a solicitação desejada e **clique sobre o e-mail** que deseja reenviar:

&#x20;Em seguida, clique no botão **Reenviar Email:** O e-mail estará pré-preenchido com o e-mail do cliente.  Se quiser enviar para outro destinatário, **altere o e-mail manualmente**.

Por fim, clique em **Confirmar Reenvio**.
