# Rejeitando uma solicitação

Você pode rejeitar as solicitações que não atenderem aos critérios e políticas da sua empresa.

Para isso, clique no botão **Rejeitar Solicitação** nos detalhes:

Na tela que abrir, você deve informar o motivo da rejeição. Para facilitar, é possível criar [respostas frequentes](/configuracoes/respostas-pre-definidas.md):

Se o motivo da rejeição permitir que o cliente **refaça a solicitação**, marque a opção correspondente.
