# Criando solicitação manual

Você pode criar solicitações de trocas ou devoluções de pedidos que não estejam no seu e-commerce. Esse recurso serve para vendas feitas no WhatApp, por exemplo.

## Criando uma solicitação manual

Acesse o Painel Troque e Devolva **> Novas Solicitações > Ações > Criar Solicitação Manual:**

Depois, **preencha as informações em tela:**

Você pode adicionar quantos produtos precisar, clicando em **Adicionar Outro Produto**.&#x20;

Pronto, ao salvar, a solicitação aparecerá na lista de Novas Solicitações e você poderá dar andamento normalmente.
