### Solicitações na home

Ao acessar o painel Troque & Devolva, você poderá  ver quantas novas solicitações aguardam atendimento:

### Verificando as novas solicitações

Clicando no menu **Novas Solicitações**, serão mostradas em lista todas as solicitações de trocas e devoluções ainda não atendidas.&#x20;

Os pedidos de trocas e devoluções serão listados **da mais antiga para a mais nova**. As mais antigas vão por cima, que deverão ser analisadas por primeiro.

Para saber os detalhes da solicitação, basta clicar sobre ela.
